인터뷰 팁
– 이력서는 숙지하기 (이력서는 Interviewer가 나에 대해 아는 유일한 정보)
– Passive 문장은 자제하기
– Active verb 많이 사용하기
– Skill과 interest연결하기 예) A분야에 관심이 있었고, 관련된 skill을 쌓기 위해 a, b, and c 를 하였습니다. 내 역량을 발휘하고 다양한 사람들과 협업하며 내가 많이 배우고 기여를 할 수 있는 것이 이 회사라고 생각합니다.

질문 유형
1. Behavioral question
– S.T.A.R. (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
– 과거의 업적과 경험을 나열하여 이에 관련된 질문을 미리 연습하기.
2. Technical question
–  회사에 대해 미리 조사하기 (뉴스 기사, 트위터 피드 등)

전형적인 인터뷰 질문
– Tell me about yourself=Walk me through your resume
– What were your responsibilities when you worked at job x?
– What are your strengths?
– What are your weakness?
– What is one accomplishment that you are most proud of? And why?
– Tell me about a challenging experience you’ve had working in a team, and how you dealt with it?
– What do you know about our company
– Where would you like to be in your career 5 years from now?
– Do you have any questions for us?

Professional development plan: Weakness and professional trends.
Soft skills: Interpersonal skills. (communication skills, leadership skills, teamworks skills)
Hard skills: Abilities acquired and enhanced through learning. (tech skills, marketing skills, analytical skills, computer skills)
